After getting to know Youngmnds we come to agree on the terms and conditions of our collaboration. Together we try to draw out the strategic struggles and concerns and think of the agenda-setting for the meetings to come. Back at our desks we search for the unprofessionals fit to cater your needs, bringing together a team ready to rock the boardroom. Prior to these biannual meetings our unprofessionals come together with our in-house researcher and seniors from our own board of directors, all in order to get our facts straight and be ready for constructive yet innovative meetings with you. During the meetings with your board we come in groups of 5; 1 process manager and 4 unprofessionals. Our thumb rule is to find a bridge builder, a non-conformist, an expert and an innovator, all subject matter experts. We work tailored to your needs but with a completely free mindset, helping you to understand and prepare for the next decades to come. Youngmnds aims to challenge conventional thinking and test existing policies to prepare companies for future challenges.The expected result is to get your hands on a strategy that is better aligned with the future and sustainable on a longer term. We rock sneakers and bold ideas, do not expect any polished shoes. Born to shadow your board, Youngmnds comes in biannually. A. 1 Kick-off introductory meeting with our founder(s) B. 2 Meetings (morning, midday or evening) per year, NOT in the boardroom*, together with your CEO C. Agenda-setting is done by the CEO primarily, of course we help and advice D. 1 process-manager and 4 unprofessionals E. Summary, follow-up & evaluation Exemplary locations: such as Soho house, Zoku or somewhere more unorthodox.
